Oh. She's Ancient Fairy Dragon, one of the Signer Dragons that serves the Crimson Dragon. She also rules the world of spirits. Well, the Fairytale Land one at least.

She's a benevolent if mother-like quasi-deity.

She also has the power to drag people mentally to other worlds and make you act like a kid.
